Learn how to delegate so your team members think for themselves AND take ownership of their results.
See an improvement in your team's results after only one week!
What if you could avoid the frustration of having to repeatedly ask for corrections when it should have been done correctly the first time? By applying the "Socratic Delegation Process," developed by and exclusively available from Silver Rose Enterprises, your team will make fewer mistakes because they'll completely understand what's expected.
By taking the coaching approach to delegation (asking questions rather than giving directions) you will, as you delegate tasks and projects, also be developing your staff's capabilities. This saves time, builds "your bench," and gets your team more engaged.
Imagine being able to delegate in a way that both you and your team agree on the process for how to get it done. Not only that, but they walk away from the delegation conversation believing it was all their idea in the first place? That's called ownership!
"It was such a pleasure to have you provide training to our leadership team! I wanted to share with you what one of them wrote: 'Silver Rose's training was one of the best trainings I have ever been a part of. I have been able to apply her words and training in many aspects of my job as well as in my personal life, and I have noticed a huge difference. I feel more confident in my employee engagement and in how I handle different situations. Silver has truly given me valuable tools and skills that I continue to use every day. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and colleagues and attend as many of her trainings and lectures as possible!' I wholeheartedly agree with this description of your work and its impact on our organization. Thank you again for your great training!"
LIVE, interactive video webcast being offered on four consecutive Thursdays: October 31, November 7, 14 and 21. (Replays will be available for any sessions you miss.)
